Return and Refund Policy

At Suraasz Packaging, we strive to provide high-quality packaging solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for returning products and requesting refunds.

2. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are accepted within 1 of the receipt date.
    • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
    • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at suraaszpackaging@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details when requesting an RMA.
    • Once you receive an RMA number, securely package the item and include the RMA number on the package.
    • Send the return to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow [5-20 business days] for the refund to be processed.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition or if there are missing parts or packaging.

4. Exchanges

  • Product Exchanges:
    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Reporting Issues:
    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 1 day of receipt at suraaszpackaging@gmail.com
    • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  • Resolution:
    • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include issuing a replacement, repack, depending on the situation.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance items.
